What is custom design?

Custom design allows you to fully control what is being printed on your product!

What can be customized on the product?

You can replace the main image, and/or add any extra image, photos, background and texts on your item. Most products also allow you to change entirely the background color to one of your choice.

Do I need a design software?

No, you don’t need a design software or any prior knowledge about graphic design! You can simply use our Designer App included on the CREATE page, improvise or upload a file, and save your design. 

Is my design saved?

Yes, your design will be saved in your account and you can take as much time or edits as you want to make it perfect before ordering it!

What is the print quality?

The printing is bright and photo quality.

Can I print on 2 sides?

Yes, most items allow you to print on the front and back sides. Other more complex products usually also allow you to customer all sides!

Is there a color limit?

No, unless specified otherwise (for example, on engraving and embroideries.) For every other print, you can use as many colors as you want.

What file formats can I upload?

JPG, PNG, PDF, AI

Ordering

How to order?

Select a product from our catalog, click the CREATE button, customize your design, and then add it to your cart. Once you are ready, proceed to the checkout and complete the payment.

Where are the products made?

The main marketplace is located in USA but depending on the country where you make your order, the product will be create in the closest facility to lower shipping costs. The shop’s facilities are located in USA, South America, Europe, and Australia.

What kind of payment are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Klarna, Venmo, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Gift cards can be used as a stand-alone payment or in conjunction with the above methods

Can I use coupon codes?

Yes. A lot of promotions and coupons are applied automatically and are visible when you click the CREATE bouton.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes, orders can be marked “as gift” on the checkout process.

  • A packing slip will be included with the shipment so the recipient knows who the sender is.
  • Prices are not displayed on the packing slip.
  • You can add a special touch to your order by including a personal message! It will be featured on the packaging slip.
Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with the product?

Yes. Log into your account and go the the “Return Center”. Fill the form and include a picture to show the problem.

Shipping Estimate

The shipping is calculated live at Checkout, before the payment process. Rest assured that you will not be charged unless you proceed all the way through to the completion of your order (and the Order Confirmation page).

How long will the products take to arrive?

After choosing “CREATE” on a product page, you will find a more detailed page showing you the shipping estimate for USA and Worldwide. Clock on the date link and enter your postcode to see other estimates. Shipping estimates will vary depending on the shipping method selected.

What Shipping Services are offered?

Many shipping options for orders shipped within the US. You can choose from Zip PLUS, Zip, Express, Premium, and Standard shipping services.

If you need your order right away, Zip PLUS & Zip will prioritize your order to the front of the manufacturing queue respectively and deliver it to you by the promised date, Express shipping will deliver it to you in 1-2 business days from the date of shipment (after manufacturing). Please allow 2-3 business days for our Premium shipping, and 4-7 business days for Standard.

Available shipping options will vary depending on the product type, quantity ordered, and address type.

If you request shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO location, please choose the Standard shipping option.

You can verify your order status and tracking code provided in your account.

What is underbase printing?

Standard fabrics are printed in 4 colors, without white ink.

Underbase printing adds white color under your priting, and allows more vibrant colors. It is recommended or essential for colored fabrics. In some cases, using no underbase can also give a special desired finish fitting your design’s concept.underbase t-shirt printing
